Our founder’s journey began after years in the finance and investment world, where he discovered that most tax professionals are trained to comply, not strategize. When traditional accountants dismissed his ideas about using a Solo K and tax-advantaged investments, it became clear that many were working more for the IRS than for their clients. That realization sparked a mission: to teach others how to legally and intelligently navigate the 13,000+ page tax code to their advantage.
